The Infinite Greek Magazine (collectively, “IGM”) is an informative and social networking service which permits Members to create unique personal profile pages allowing interaction and communication with other members. The Infinite Greek Magazine Website (collectively, “IGM Services”) are hosted in the United States.

Welcome to InfiniteGreek.com (“InfiniteGreek.com” or “we”). These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website and content and we ask that you review these terms which will signify your binding.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE:

Several of the enhanced services are only available to registered users and you will have to create an account to sign in with a login name. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and you must keep your account password secure at all times.

InfiniteGreek.com reserve the right to reject, refuse to post, or remove any posting (including messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the IGM services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITY:

The following is a partial list of illegal or prohibited Content to post using IGM Services. Prohibited Content includes but is not limited to:

- Harassment

- Nudity

- Criminal activity

- Racism, bigotry, hatred

- Exploitation

- Information that is false or misleading

- Attempting to impersonate another Member

- Using login, username, or password of another Member

- Submitting copyrighted material

You will report any violations of the Terms of Use of this Agreement by other Users to the Company.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:

We and our users who post images, messages, files, video & audio, sound, and text on InfiniteGreek.com own the property rights to this material (collectively, “Content”). IGM does not claim any ownership rights to this Content that you post.

IDEMNIFICATION:

You agree (upon a request by us) to indemnify, defend, and hold IGM and its parent corporation harmless from all liabilities, damages, costs or debt, obligations, claims, expenses, including attorney’s fees made by any third party due to your use or misuse of InfiniteGreek.com.

TERMINATION:

If you violate these Terms of Use or any rules or guidelines posted in connection with InfiniteGreek.com, your right to use InfiniteGreek.com will be terminated.

MONITORING:

IGM reserves the right to monitor Content posted on InfiniteGreek.com. We reserve the right to remove Content which violates or is alleged to violate any applicable law but we are not responsible for any failure of delay in removing such material. Users agree that we are not liable for Content that is provided by others. You are solely responsible for the Content of the material you post in public areas.

VIOLATIONS:

Users will report to IGM any violation of the Terms of this Agreement by other Users.

CONTENT YOU POST:

Some areas of InfiniteGreek.com allow Users to post Content that can be accessed and viewed by visitors. You may only post Content to public areas of InfiniteGreek.com that you created or that you have permission to post. We may delete any Content that violates this Agreement which may be illegal, offensive, or threaten the safety of any person. InfiniteGreek.com does not assume the responsibility for monitoring the IGM Services for inappropriate Content or conduct. We do not claim ownership of any Content that you may post.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OF INFINITEGREEK.COM. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT INFINITEGREEK.COM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR (i.) ERRORS OR INACCURACIES, (ii.) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, (iii.) INTERRUPTION TO OR FROM OUR WEBSITE, (iv.) VIRUSES AND BUGS, (vi.) DELETIONS AND ALTERATIONS, OR (viii) DEATH RESULTING FROM USE OF IGM SERVICES. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED ON INFINITEGREEK.COM THRU A THIRD PARTY. USERS THAT ACCESS THIRD PARTY SITES DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

GENERAL:

You agree that this Agreement is accepted upon your use of the IGM website or any of the Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member. This Agreement and the titles it contains has no legal or contractual effect. Your use of the IGM Website following any amendment of these Terms of Use will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
